Ashland Ridge is an exclusive gated estate in the Crags with spectacular views across immaculate forest valleys. It comprises a total of five homes set on the ridge of a 76-hectare property surrounded by pristine indigenous forest and is on the seaside of The Crags.

Lower down from the house is a delightful wooden deck where one can go all out and have a fabulous social gathering or simply relax, chill and become one with the surrounding forest experience.

Local wineries, Plett Polo Club and animal sanctuaries are just around the corner. A 15min drive takes you to Keurbooms beach and Nature’s Valley lagoon is 20mins away.

The 76-hectare property is zoned agricultural and registered in a CC. There is therefore no transfer duty involved. It is noted that permission has been granted to transfer into freehold. This process is yet to be finalised.
